Check-in starts at 5pm. Please let us know your time of arrival in the commentary box so that we know at what time you will arrive. Depending your arrival time, either someone will welcome you or we will send a code so that you can open the door on your own. Check-outs are before 10am.

Yes we provide towels and bes sheets.
No. In order to make sure that the house is clean for every client, we charge an extra 49€ cleaning fee on top of the total amount of your stay.
Yes, we will sign a short term rental agreement before the check-in.
Yes, we ask for a 50% advance payment in order to confirm your booking. The balance (50%) will be charged 2 weeks before check-in. If you book less than 2 weeks before check-in, the full amount of your stay will be charged on the day of the booking.
Yes we can hand you an invoice after check-out if you request so.
All bookings are definitive and non refundable.
Animals are not allowed in the house.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house.
